As a supporter of smoke-free air in public indoor places & work sites, please fill out the following form and send it to us. We also ask that you approach your friends, fellow workers, family and acquaintances, encouraging them to do the same. Then in turn, ask them to do likewise, so on & so on. Please make copies of this page, so everyone who wants to, can sign up as a supporter of smoke-free air. Eventually with everyone’s help, we hope to have enough supporters to get tobacco smoke-eliminated from all public indoor places and private worksites.
